Would you like to explore what makes a good life? Develop a fresh perspective of relationships, forgiveness and gratitude? There can be so much stress and anxiety in our modern day life. This 4 week course is designed to help the attendees discover practical tools to improve their happiness. The course will cost £40 for the four sessions and is open to anyone to attend. Do let friends and neighbours know too!
The course will run for 4 consecutive evenings with a break for half-term. Beginning on the 31st January, followed by 7th February, 21st February and 28th February. 7.45 – 9.45pm.
