The Link Visiting Scheme has been supporting isolated older people for 25 years, and it is our partners and supporters that make it possible.
Each year we need to raise £430,000 in order to help the growing number of older people in our community struggling with the serious impacts of loneliness and isolation.
By supporting us, your organisation can help bring friendship, connection and fun to some of the most vulnerable people in our community. We are currently supporting over 1,000 people in Wokingham.
