Link Thursdays
Link Thursdays at Space for All is a weekly community space and café open from 10am-3pm every Thursday. We host a range of activities, friendship tables, and pride ourselves with being dementia friendly. This project was set up with the aim of providing a welcoming space for anyone local who is feeling lonely and isolated. The newly refurbished All Saints Church offers hot drinks, freshly baked cakes, and snacks to be enjoyed by all!
So come along on Thursdays for a coffee and chat or try your hand at some knitting or dominoes.

All Things Sleep with Dr Browning
Join us on April 18th at 1pm to hear Dr Browning, a chartered psychologist, neuroscientist, author, and sleep expert.

1 pm - Police visit
Wokingham Police will visit and share some useful tips which may help the older community so please do let any of your link friends know who may benefit from this. You could also come along to meet our local officers!
28 March
1 pm - Hand Massages
This week we welcome Joanne who will provide some hand massages, as we all need a little pamper now and again. We will also be celebrating Easter so come along and grab a hot cross bun and some yummy chocolate.
4 April
1pm - Read Aloud Group
Sit back, relax and enjoy hearing stories read aloud by Heather. Many people enjoy the experience of reading and sharing texts or simply just listening while others read. These groups can help to improve well-being while making new friends.
11 April
From 10am - National Pets Day
Everyone is welcome at Space for All, whether you’re 1 or 101! Today is also National Pets Day, so come and say hello to some of our pets!

1pm - Sleep Talk Expert
Hear Dr Browning, a chartered psychologist, neuroscientist, author, and sleep expert talk all things sleep. Please join us as this will be a great one to listen to!

1pm - Thames Valley Berkshire Cruse Bereavement Support
