A Heartfelt Thank You to AbbVie

We would like to extend our warmest appreciation to AbbVie for their incredible generosity and thoughtfulness during their recent Team Away Day.

One of our wonderful volunteers, Alexandra Adamowicz, who works at AbbVie, suggested making their team day more meaningful by doing something special for our Link Friends. Thanks to her initiative and AbbVie’s support, the team used a designated budget to create beautiful gift bags filled with goodies and a handwritten card, for every guest at our recent Summer Party.

Our Summer Party is a cherished event, designed to remind our older friends just how valued and honoured they are. These thoughtful gift bags were the perfect addition. Every guest went home with a smile, and many were truly touched by the gesture. It’s acts of kindness like this that make such a difference in the lives of those we support.
