Join us for an uplifting and inspiring community wellbeing evening at The Foundry Bell in Wokingham. This friendly, accessible session explores the three essential pillars of health: Emotional, Physical, and Mental and how each one shapes the way we live, work, and connect with the world around us.

๐ Dr Atul Bansal: Emergency Medicine Consultant. Atul will guide us through these three pillars and focus on the emotional pillar, the often overlooked foundation of our energy, relationships, confidence, and resilience. Through gentle conversation and practical insight, heโll help us understand how emotional awareness can positively influence every part of daily life.
๐ Sammy Williams: Nutrition & Wellbeing Specialist. Sammy will share simple, achievable ways to nourish our bodies using natural, whole foods. Her approach is warm, realistic, and truly holistic, helping us understand how what we eat can support energy, mood, and overall wellbeing in everyday life.
