Raising funds with art

Last Friday, we were treated to a wonderfully festive evening hosted by R Young Art Gallery, where 27 guests came together for a cosy Paint & Sip night in support of our Christmas Appeal.

A huge thank you to Lisa, our wonderfully patient artist, for helping our guests create stunning Majestic Sky paintings. Everyone left with a masterpiece and festive cheer!

Thanks to the generosity of everyone who came along, donated, or bought raffle tickets, the event raised an incredible £1,044. We’re also hugely grateful to our sponsors, Michael Aubrey Barrow, whose support helped make the evening possible.

If you weren’t able to join us this time, there’s still an opportunity to support our work. Our Christmas Appeal is live, helping us bring warmth, companionship and festive joy to older people who may otherwise be alone this Christmas.
